What is textile printing?
Textile printing is a printing technology that utilizes UV inks, which provide high image quality with vivid, vibrant colors. These inks are known for their durability and resistance to water and weather conditions. The application of UV inks is direct onto the textile, eliminating the need for transfer paper. Polyester fabrics, commonly used in this process, are easy to wash (at low temperatures) and dry quickly. They are also resistant to creasing, can be ironed, and do not reflect light. These fabrics offer a variety of properties based on the specific type used, making them suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications. Additionally, since polyester fabrics do not contain polyvinyl chloride (PVC), they are considered environmentally friendly materials. Our technology supports the printing of textiles up to 5 meters wide. Most orders we fulfill fit on rolls of up to 3.20 meters in width. The largest order we completed was an interior decorative graphic measuring 11 x 150 meters, achieved by stitching together pieces, each approximately 11 x 5 meters in size.

What is it Used For?
Large format printing on textiles has a wide range of applications. It is commonly utilized in advertising, interior design, promotions, presentations, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and scenography. This printing method is ideal for creating textile banners, background panels, draperies and curtains, furniture covers, showcase decorations, exhibition stands, flags, museum displays, column dressing, and any other applications that require full-color printing on textiles.

Depending on the specific use, different textiles possess various properties. Some fabrics have increased stretch, while others do not stretch at all. Certain textiles are light and airy, while others have a satin effect. For backlit applications, materials that transmit light are used, with diffusion properties that ensure even light distribution across the entire surface. When printing textiles for backlighting, we employ a special color profile and print mode to achieve the necessary brightness, density, and color accuracy. This is essential to prevent excessive brightening or fading of the image due to back illumination. In contrast, textiles with a black backing do not transmit light and are suitable for any application requiring complete light blocking, such as opaque curtains or exhibition stands.
