Branding workware and uniforms
Using branded workwear is crucial for establishing a company’s reputation. It not only provides comfort and protection for employees but also boosts their confidence and fosters a sense of belonging to the team and the organization. Additionally, branded workwear or uniforms convey professionalism and trustworthiness, enhancing the prestige and recognition of your business.
We provide customization and branding services for workwear and uniforms, catering to both companies and individual customers. Our offerings include a unique look with high-quality, long-lasting DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing combined with thermal transfer technology, suitable for a wide range of workwear and uniforms, such as trousers, hoodies, jackets, hats, shirts, aprons, reflective clothing, and more.
If you require full-color, intricate designs, larger logos, inscriptions, or even photos printed on your workwear, our DTF printing technology is ideal. This process involves printing the image on a transfer film, which is then manually placed on the fabric of the branded product and melted into it using a heat press. DTF printing ensures high quality, fine details, bright colors, durability, and resistance to wear and washing. To achieve the best results, artworks should be designed with the highest possible resolution, have transparent backgrounds, and avoid lines thinner than 1 mm.
We also offer flex and flock printing. In this method, graphics are cut from special flex or flock foils using a cutting plotter. Each color is cut separately and manually applied to the material, where it is melted on with a heat press. Due to this process, flex and flock printing is not suitable for designs with more than 2-3 different colors at the same time. The images must be vector-based, without gradients or overly intricate details.
Flex printing films feature smooth, homogeneous colors that resist stretching, wear, and washing. Some special flex films can achieve various effects, such as shiny, metallic, glittery, or glowing in the dark. Unlike regular flex films, only one color per text or logo can be applied at a time using these special films. Flock foils, on the other hand, are slightly thicker with a velvety texture that stands out from the fabric, creating a tactile sense of quality and exclusivity.
To preserve the integrity of printed garments when washing, we recommend the following care instructions: wash at 30 degrees Celsius, turn the garment inside out, and avoid using strong detergents or bleach. Do not tumble dry. When ironing, use a cloth or iron from the back to prevent damage to the prints.
Our specialists are available to provide further details about design and artwork preparation, as well as assistance in selecting the most suitable materials and types of clothing for your needs.
