We offer customization and branding of workwear and uniforms for both companies and individual customers. We can offer a unique look, high quality, and long-lasting DTF printing, combined with thermal transfer technology, for various types of workwear and uniforms, such as trousers, hoodies, jackets, hats, shirts, aprons, reflective clothing, etc.
If you need full-color, complex design and larger size logos, inscriptions or even photos, printed on your work ware, we offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. With this technology , the image is printed on a transfer film, which is manually placed on the fabric of the branded product and melted with a heat press. Using DTF printing ensures high quality and fine details of the printed image, bright colors, durability and resistance of wear and washing. Artworks must be designed with the best possible resolution, transparent backgrounds, no lines thinner than 1 mm.
Another technology we offer is flex and flock printing. In it, graphics are cut from special flex or flock foils using a cutting plotter. Each color is cut separately and manually applied onto the material, and melted on it with a heat press. For this reason, the technology is not suitable for applying more than 2-3 different colors at the same time. The image must be vector and without gradients and too small details.
The films for flex-printing has smooth, homogenous, bright colors, resistant to stretching, wear and washing. Some special flex films can have a variety of effects, shiny, metallic, glittering, glowing in the dark, etc. With them, unlike ordinary flex films, only one color per text or logo can be applied at a time.
Flock foils are slightly thicker, with a velvety texture which protrudes slightly from the fabric. When touched, they create a pleasant feeling of quality and exclusivity.
