Artwork requirements
You can submit your artwork along with your inquiry. It is essential that each file sent for printing meets the specific requirements for the product. If your artwork does not meet the necessary size and resolution standards, or if you do not have your own artwork, you can take advantage of our professional design services. Our designers will create and prepare artwork that is suitable for printing and tailored to your needs. Please send your artwork as attachments to our email address. If the file size exceeds the allowed limit, you may send us a download link (preferably from www.wetransfer.com). Our specialists will review the submitted graphic files, and if any issues arise regarding size, resolution, colors, fonts, etc., we will contact you to make the necessary corrections. However, please note that despite our preliminary inspection, Fresh Print is not responsible for any discrepancies in the finished product if the artwork preparation requirements are not met.
