Printing on mesh banner

Mesh banners differs greatly from scaffolding mesh in appearance and characteristics, although some of their applications are similar. Unlike scaffolding mesh, mesh banner has more advertising purpose than safety. It is made of the same material as the vinyl banner (not to be mistaken with self adhesive vinyls), but has a mesh structure. The many small holes lighten the material and allow the wind to pass through the material, thus reducing the stress on the structure and the material itself. It is usually used for particularly large-area advertisements, as the size and density of the holes of the different types of mesh determine their characteristics, not only in terms of weight and strength, but also light transmission and the visibility of the printed image.

They are most often used for wallscapes or for installation on fences. They are also installed in other locations where wind would be a problem or simply when the customer likes the look of printing on mesh banner. Also unlike a vinyl banner, mesh banner is much harder to tear and generally has higher durability. Although the mesh is see-through thanks to the holes, the printed images have good visibility.
